Fast Turnaround, Done Right

  1. Assessment & JHA: Inspect damage, identify root causes, and conduct a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

  2. Stabilize & Prep: Fit-up, bevels, preheat where required, contamination control for stainless/aluminum.

  3. Repair & Reinforce: Crack stop holes, gouge, reweld, add doublers/gussets/stiffeners per need.

  4. QA & Finish: Visual inspection (VT), bolt torque checks (if applicable), grind/finish, and protective coating.

  5. Documentation: Repair notes, materials used, and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
